What online personal training should be
A lot of online coaching is an app delivering a template, with a coach checking in on dozens of clients by text. Some of it is genuinely good. Much of it is a program with branding on it. Online coaching works when the coach actually pays attention: builds the program from scratch, watches your form videos, and changes the plan when your week changes.
That is what Mission Training is. The same coaches who train clients in person at our Oakland Park studio, the same programming, delivered to wherever you train.
What you get
- A custom training program built around your schedule and the equipment you actually have, from a full gym to a home setup.
- A personalized meal plan built around how you eat, adjusted against your results.
- Weekly video check-ins with your coach.
- Direct coach access 7 days a week through the coaching app.
- The coaching app with your program, logged sets, progress photos and check-ins in one place.
Is online personal training worth it?
It is worth it if two things are true: the coach is genuinely paying attention to you, and you will do the sessions without someone standing next to you. If you are already comfortable in a gym and need structure, accountability and nutrition, online coaching gives you most of what in-person coaching does for less of your time.
If you have never lifted and you live within driving distance of Oakland Park, start in person. Learning technique with a coach in the room is faster and safer, and our private studio exists for exactly that.
What does an online personal trainer cost?
Across the market, online coaching apps and coaches commonly run from about $30 to $200 a month, depending on how much of it is a real person. We do not publish our price. Coaching is all-inclusive, and you get a straight answer on the free discovery call. The cost guide compares every format side by side.
