Built by coaches.

Mission didn't start as a business plan. It started with two coaches — Coach Gabe and Coach Vinny — who were tired of watching people get sold things that didn't work. Cookie-cutter programs. $10 memberships that came with zero coaching. "12-week shred" apps written by people who had never met the person using them. Promises that ignored the human on the other end.

We opened Mission in 2020 with one simple idea: what if a gym actually did the work with you? Not just sell you access to equipment. Not just hand you a generic PDF. Actually stand next to you, learn your body, adjust the plan when life happens, and tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear.

Five years and 300+ clients later, we still build every program from scratch. We still answer messages on weekends. We still remember the clients who came in terrified of the squat rack and left stronger than they ever thought possible. That's the whole job.

We're a private studio, not a chain. One location. A small team of head coaches — Gabe, Vinny, and now Coach Fray leading our Spanish-speaking client community. A full client roster we work with personally, in-person at our Oakland Park facility or online from anywhere in the world. No franchises, no second location, no plans to be anywhere we can't show up ourselves.

Absolutely. Half our clients started as complete beginners. Every program is built around where you are right now, not where some textbook says you should be. Coach Gabe and Coach Vinny coach brand-new lifters the same way they coach experienced ones — patiently, with real form instruction, rep by rep.

Q / 02What's the difference between the $80 membership and 1-on-1 coaching?

The $80/month gym membership gives you 24-hour access to our Oakland Park facility — come train on your own schedule. 1-on-1 coaching is a separate service where you work directly with a dedicated coach: custom programming, custom nutrition, form coaching every session. You can do either, or add coaching to a membership later.

Q / 03How much does 1-on-1 coaching cost?

It depends on your goals, frequency, and whether you want in-person or online. We don't list pricing here because we won't quote you a number without understanding what you actually need — every client is different. Photo ID, workout clothes, and a water bottle. That's it. For the day pass, please sign our liability waiver online before arriving (link is in your confirmation email). We'll have everything else ready.

Q / 09I have an injury / medical condition. Can I still train?

Almost always yes — we've worked with clients through knee injuries, back pain, PCOS, diabetes, post-surgery recovery, and more. Every program is built around what your body can safely do today. Mention it on your consultation or waiver and we'll adjust from day one.
